For the third year in a row, Onset Financial is hosting the IHC mammography truck on October 19 and 20 at the Onset campus in Draper.
It is recommended that all women age 40 and older receive annual mammograms, so please let your loved ones (mom, grandma, sister, daughter) know about this opportunity to have their yearly mammogram screening completed.

Select the date and time you would like to set your appointment; there are times available on Oct. 19-20
Fill in the requested information

All major health insurance plans in the Salt Lake Valley should cover the cost of the test with the exception of United – please check with your provider to ensure coverage.Intermountain Healthcare recommends that all women 40 years and older receive annual mammograms.
