Hans Wild joined Onset Financial in February 2025 as the Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs in the Onset Red Rock Division. His practice focuses on equipment finance, contract enforcement, employment law, collections, and legal writing.

Prior to joining Onset, Wild served 26 years as an attorney for the United States. As an attorney for the U.S. Department of Labor in Washington, D.C., Wild enforced federal labor laws in workers compensation, wage and hour, and OSHA cases. He also worked with U.S. Attorney Offices across the country, litigating False Claims Act cases. Prior to DOL, Wild served six years as a JAG attorney and captain in the U.S. Department of the Air Force. He was stationed at Yokota Air Base, Japan and Hill Air Force Base, Utah.

Wild received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and his Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, in California. He is a member of the DC Bar, Utah Bar and California Bar.

When not in the St. George office, Wild enjoys traveling with his wife and two boys, hikes in Southern Utah’s national parks, and playing in pickleball leagues and tournaments.
