Nancy Eggan brings over 40-years of experience in lease documentation and administration to Onset Financial. She helped found Mazuma Capital Corp in September 2005 and became Executive Vice President of Internal Operations at Onset Financial when Onset acquired Mazuma in 2014.

Eggan brings a wealth of knowledge to all aspects of the industry’s daily operations and currently oversees the entire portfolio management. She was instrumental in quickly planning and implementing a COVID-19 Temporary Relief Program, providing fast-tracked help to Onset’s customers during a time of uncertainty. 

One of the challenges, which is also one of the things she enjoys most about the industry, is that no two transactions are alike. She loves that Onset embraces this and works hard to find flexible ways to provide for its customers.

In addition to her time in finance, Eggan and her husband owned and operated a popular restaurant that catered to locals and skiers as they made their way up the canyon to Park City, Utah. When not at the office, she enjoys spending summer weekends at Bear Lake, reading a good book in the sunshine, and gazing at the star-filled skies in the evening.
