Shae Tanner is the SVP of Facilities Management and Corporate Development at Onset Financial. He works closely with CEO Justin Nielsen to optimize new facilities and space planning as Onset grows exponentially.  

Tanner has over 25 years of facilities management experience, mainly focused in the aerospace, defense, and construction industries. His extensive experience allows him to implement complex procedures that complement Onset’s acclaimed speed and flexibility.  

Throughout his career, Tanner has been passionate about the transformation process, both in facility development and people. He loves nothing more than helping a compelling vision come to life while bolstering the roles of all team members. 

Tanner received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He is also a Master Electrician. 

In his free time, Tanner can be found outdoors with his family, playing with ATVs, spending time at their cabin, or competing in a round of pickleball.
