It is incredible being one of the co-founders with Justin and being able to look back at where we started out and how far we have come. Justin and the rest of the management team have a great “can-do” attitude, especially in tackling challenging transactions. I enjoy working for such a positive team that takes care of its employees first, so that they, in turn can have the confidence and ability to take care of and ensure our customers’ expectations are met. I feel that we, as a whole, put forth every effort to overcome all challenges we are faced with to deliver the best experience to our customers and build long lasting relationships.
